Shipping

Aqua Link's online store currently ships products only within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). International customers and those located in the states of Hawaii and Alaska U.S. should contact us at 215.230.9325 or via email at sales@aqualinkinc.com

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Most orders are shipped FOB Doylestown PA. Aqua Link reserves the right to ship any items marked as free shipping and/or flat shipping rate either by UPS Ground, Fed Express Ground or freight. All freight shipments assume that no lift gate is required. If a lift gate is required, the customer will be responsible and billed for any lift gate charges imposed by the freight shipping company. In some instances, items may be dropped shipped by the manufacturer if Aqua Link serves as a Distributor to the manufacturer.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many products we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

Products may be returned back to Aqua Link only after receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  To obtain a RAN, please call 1.877.230.9325 or send an email to sales@aqualinkinc.com. Once received, the RAN must be clearly written on the outside of your package, otherwise Aqua Link reserves the right to reject your returned package. You are resposible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or you received an item in error.  There will be a 25 to 35 percent restocking fee on returned products depending upon terms set forth by our manufacturers.  All products must be returned in excellent resale condition in their original packaging, otherwise Aqua Link reserves the right to accept your return product. Any products such as, aquatic pesticides (algaecides and aquatic herbicides), pond dyes, bacteria additives, must be returned unopened with safety seals and foils intact. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
